All tags ship out of our Texas shop within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, during working hours excluding weekends and holidays). 🤠📦🚚

Yes, you can track your order if you selected the tracking option during checkout. However, if you chose the free shipping option, tracking is not available. We’ve partnered with a trusted tracking shipping company that monitors all of our shipments and provides us with updates directly, so we can keep you informed if needed.

Once your package hits the road, USPS generally takes 2-8 business days to deliver it, depending on your location. Keep in mind that delivery times may vary, especially during busy times like holidays. 🚚📬

Uh-oh, did your package take an unexpected detour? 📦🕵️‍♂️ If you think your tag has gone off the grid, shoot us your order number and we’ll investigate! We’ll send you a one-time replacement if we agree the package is probably lost in the mail (typically after 2 weeks).

For US customers: If USPS scanned it as“delivered”but it never showed up, don’t panic! After 7 days, we’ll send a replacement but only after you’ve checked under your doormat, with the neighbors, and maybe even asked your dog if they’ve seen it. 🐶

International customers? We take a “case-by-case” approach, but if it’s been over (6 weeks) and we’re pretty sure your package decided to go on its own world tour 🌎, we’ll send a replacement.
