Shipping & Returns Policy

We know you’re excited for your custom item, and we’re excited to get it to you! While we don’t ship as fast as Amazon, we’ve learned that quality and care come first. We ship quickly (and yes, bathroom and snack breaks are essential! 🍔🚽), but we make sure to give your order the attention it deserves. All tags ship out of our Texas shop within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). 🤠📦🚚

 

USA Shipping


We’re a small, hard-working team just outside Houston, Texas, hustling to get your tags shipped within  1-3 business days (weekends and holidays don’t count—sorry, we all need a break!). Once your package hits the road, USPS generally takes 2-8 business days to deliver it. 🚚📬 Want to keep an eye on your package? We’ve got mail tracking service available for a small fee—because who doesn’t love tracking their delivery like a secret agent on a mission? 🕵️♂️🎯

 

Lost Packages


Uh-oh, did your package take an unexpected detour? 📦🕵️♂️ If you think your tag has gone off the grid, shoot us your order number and we’ll investigate! We’ll send you a one-time replacement if we agree the package is probably lost in the mail (typically after 2 weeks).

 

For US customers: If USPS scanned it as “delivered” but it never showed up, don’t panic! After 7 days, we’ll send a replacement but only after you’ve checked under your doormat, with the neighbors, and maybe even asked your dog if they’ve seen it. 🐶
Lost packages are rare, but sometimes they go on adventures without telling us. Don’t worry—we’ll help you track it down!

 

Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Llama Tags for your custom-made creations! 🦙 Since each of our products is tailor-made just for you, we cannot accept returns. Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order to ensure everything is perfect. You have 30 days to let us know about any mistakes on your order.

Order Mistakes


We copy exactly what you enter—no tricks, no magic—just plain old copy-pasting. 🧑🤝🧑 But, surprise! We’re humans, not robots! 🤖 And occasionally, even we make mistakes (shocking, right?).

If we messed up, don’t worry—we’re blushing! 😳 We’ll get you a replacement faster than you can say “whoops” and apologize like it’s our full-time job. 🙇♀️ Sorry, sorry, sorry…(again)!

If the mistake was on your end (fat fingers got the best of you? 😬), just send us an email. If the mistake is found after the tag has been engraved, we require a $5 mistake fee for any corrections or adjustments per item + shipping cost if your order has already left the building. Heads-up: some folks get a little extra fired up about this. 🔥 So take a deep breath, stay calm, and remember—we’ve got your back! 💪

Order Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible. However, if you notice an issue with your order or need to make a change, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes before production kicks off. 📦
