We know you’re excited for your custom item, and we’re excited to get it to you! While we don’t ship as fast as Amazon, we’ve learned that quality and care come first. We ship quickly (and yes, bathroom and snack breaks are essential! 🍔🚽), but we make sure to give your order the attention it deserves.

All tags ship out of our Texas shop within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). 🤠📦🚚

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE


Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 Just a heads-up, international shipping can be a bit slow and, well, not exactly cheap. But don’t worry, we’ll get your order to you—eventually! 🚚💨

USA Shipping


We’re a small, hard-working team just outside Houston, Texas, hustling to get your tags shipped within  1-3 business days (weekends and holidays don’t count—sorry, we all need a break!). Once your package hits the road, USPS generally takes 2-8 business days to deliver it. 🚚📬 Want to keep an eye on your package? We’ve got mail tracking service available for a small fee—because who doesn’t love tracking their delivery like a secret agent on a mission? 🕵️‍♂️🎯

International Shipping


International orders typically take about 2-6 weeks to arrive, so plan accordingly—your package will take its sweet time to get to you! 📦⏳ As for tracking, well, it’s kind of like a treasure hunt—sometimes it’s right on the nose, and sometimes it’s just a game of “Where in the world is my package?” 🗺️🤔
Heads up: Import duties and taxes aren’t included in the price, so the customer is responsible for those extra charges—consider it your surprise “welcome to international shipping” gift! 🎁💸
And finally—no, we will NOT ship orders as “gifts.” We’re all for sending love, but we’re not about to go to jail for customs fraud. Let’s keep things legit, shall we?🚔🙅‍♂️

Lost Packages


Uh-oh, did your package take an unexpected detour? 📦🕵️‍♂️ If you think your tag has gone off the grid, shoot us your order number and we’ll investigate! We’ll send you a one-time replacement if we agree the package is probably lost in the mail (typically after 2 weeks).


International customers? We take a “case-by-case” approach, but if it’s been over (6 weeks) and we’re pretty sure your package decided to go on its own world tour 🌎, we’ll send a replacement.


For US customers: If USPS scanned it as “delivered” but it never showed up, don’t panic! After 7 days, we’ll send a replacement but only after you’ve checked under your doormat, with the neighbors, and maybe even asked your dog if they’ve seen it. 🐶
Lost packages are rare, but sometimes they go on adventures without telling us. Don’t worry—we’ll help you track it down!
